Camphor Carving #3

One of several carvings, all of a similar size, and all originated from Zhejiang province over 100 years ago. They are made of camphor wood, and have their bases more recently added. Three of the carvings are similar in that they have pairs of fish. The pair of fish symbolizes connubial bliss. One of the carvings includes the crab - suggesting high success on imperial examinations. When the crab is coupled with the fish, together they suggest lots and lots of continued success.
