Carved Corner Ornaments From Destroyed Bridge

These carvings most probably were ornamental parts of a  demolished bridge. They have mostly original paint even though they are about 100 years old.  The paint could not have been this well preserved unless they had been protected somewhat from the weather.  They were made of Cypress, most probably in Shanxi province about 100 years ago.
