Shaped Seat Three-Legged Stool

Made of poplar in Shandong Province around the middle of the 20th century, this stool was created so that the top of the stool has an unusual shape. The three legs are mortised right through the stool top, and they are connected by a two piece stretcher. This stool has a unique appearance, and one that is very pleasing.
