First Wine Table

This elm table was made in Hebei province in the last quarter of the 19th or first quarter of the 20th century.  The form is quite typical.  This particular table has had its stone top replaced.  The form is is very old, and this table with its beaded legs and stretcher is a very good example of the style.  This table also has had some repairs to the spandrels.
